Our quality control procedures require that we outline our basic terms and conditions with you.  Any instruction given to us or purchase by you shall be in acceptance of our terms and conditions herein.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure you are sold healthy plants, once the plants are sold and moved off our premises, all risk and reward therein is for you the customers account, and no liability will be accepted in this regard whatsoever or howsoever arising on the part of Pleasure in Palms (Pvt) Ltd, Clare Hingeston or anyone else rendering services thereunder. Furthermore please ensure you at all times read and adhere to the Planting and Maintenance guidelines listed on the Pleasure in Palms website and printed at our offices. Payment is required in  full before the release or collection of any plants is made, or rendering of services by any of our staff.

Pleasure in Palms (Pvt) Ltd is indemnified in all aspects with regard to the purchase of palms or plants or the engagement of any services of it or any of it’s staff, and hereby is held  harmless  from any and all actual or alleged claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury to property or to persons, including without limitation all accidents or incidents whatsoever and howsoever arising from the purchase of plants and/or palms or the use of the services of Pleasure in Palms (Pvt) Ltd.

In the unlikely event that the required deposit or amounts owed to Pleasure in Palms (Pvt) Ltd are not paid in full prior to plants being sold or services renedered, we reserve the right to charge interest on any amounts outstanding at two percent per month compounded monthly. Attorney and client costs and collection commission for any recovery proceedings will be payable. Zimbabwean law will apply to the contract between us.
